Gez Morrall

A capable, multi skilled manager who possesses an in-depth knowledge and practical experience of the training and learning sector, with over 15 years’ experience of Management and staff management within government funded provision incorporating all areas of learner support, Apprenticeship and commercial provision, possessing a well-organised, clear and positive approach to problem solving with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines. I have excellent budgetary and compliance skills with considerable experience of managing tight budgetary constraints whilst maximising income opportunities. Proficient with staff management and human resource processes, I manage a diverse staff team across two busy training centres. I consider myself to be innovative with an enquiring mind and an optimistic outlook, reliable and accustomed to working in a pressurised environment whilst always maintaining and achieving a high standard of quality and performance. I have excellent interpersonal abilities and am able to work flexibly to move within an ever-changing and fast-paced training environment/business to maximise income opportunities and growth and to manage staff and outputs in my region.

Always looking for a new challenge to use the skills and experience I have gained over many years. Wanting to give something back to the development of people and their future goals.
